Design Process
Each asset moves from paper concept to production-ready graphics through a deliberate, hand-guided pipeline.
- Sketchbook — rough sketches and design direction on paper.
- AI render — sketches turned into graphic base assets.
- Photoshop — curate details, remove AI artifacts and slop, clean edges and backgrounds, and produce mask files for production and VTT use.
